| Аннотация. | Тенденции нового тысячелетия диктуют иные законы формирования архитектурного пространства, выраженные в смелых концептуальных проектах городов будущего. Предложена авторская классификация аспектов, формирующих город будущего XXI века: экологический, ресурсосберегающий, средовой, формообразующий, функциональный, производственный и технологичный аспекты. Комплексное взаимодействие вышеперечисленных аспектов определяет характеристику города будущего XXI века. |

| Title of the article | The formation aspects of the future city of the XXI century |
| Abstract. | Predicting the future is always interested practitioners and theorists of architecture Projects of the future cities of the XXI century have at its core technical developments and concepts and addressed to the social, economic and environmental problems. Interest in the design of cities of the future is due to the prevalence of the second half of the XX-beginning of the XXI century. There are several trends in the design of cities of the future: environmental degradation; the need to address the problems associated with excessive urbanization of the environment; a revolution in the field of science and scientific technology. There were identified and classified the components forming the city the future of the XXI century based on the analysis of the conceptual urban development projects: the ecological component, the resource-saving component, the environmental components, the form-making component, the functional component, the manufacturing components, the technological component. There were submitted the classification of cities of the future of the XXI century subdivided in environmental components: land, water, air, space, ice. There were identified characteristics of the future city of the XXI century based on the analysis of the conceptual project of the city of the future of the XXI century and in accordance with the above components. The characteristics of the future city of the XXI century are bio-directed, resource-saving, environment friendly, health and recreation, high-tech, informative, communication, cognitive, self-contained, functional, easily-adaptable, nature integrated city. |
