| Аннотация. | Статья посвящена проблеме совершенствования планировочной структуры города на основе реорганизации системы зеленых пространств на примере Набережных Челнов. Анализируется современное состояние основных структурообразующих подсистем города – транспорта, общественного обслуживания и системы озеленения, их взаимовлияние и связь, определяющие необходимость комплексного подхода в процессе реконструкции планировочной структуры города. Рассматриваются принципы и приемы архитектурно-ландшафтной организации открытых пространств города, направленные на совершенствование городской среды. |

| Title of the article | Influence of landscape planning factor on reorganization of the city structure |
| Abstract. | Modern conditions of city development demand introduction of the landscape urbanistic approach directed on overcoming of opposition of the city and a landscape. Landscape urbanism is focused not on formation of an esthetics of separate space, but mainly, on creation of city system in general, by means of introduction of the «hybrid» decisions uniting natural, planning and engineering systems of the city. In the context of realization of this approach in the article is presented the concept of reorganization the gardening system of Naberezhnye Chelny city, the typical example of modernist planning of 70-80 and characterized by existence of obvious contradictions between modern requirements to level of comfort and a real conditions of an urban environment which practically didn’t change since implementation of the large-scale projects of the Soviet period. The complex analysis of the developed system of gardening of the city which is carried out taking into account the influence of structure-forming subsystems of the city – transport and public service, allowed to give an objective assessment of a current state of system of gardening of the city, to reveal its characteristics and problem situations, and also to offer system of the landscape and planning receptions directed on its transformation. Development of the new scheme of landscape planning structure of the city which can be considered at implementation of the general plan of municipality was the result of work. |
