| Аннотация. | Рассмотрены особенности процедуры самообследования вуза и аккредитуемой образовательной программы по критериям, разработанным Аккредитационным центром Ассоциации инженерного образования России (АЦ АИОР). В статье показаны особенности разработки целей и результатов обучения по аккредитуемой магистерской программе и приведены основные этапы прохождения независимой международной профессионально-общественной аккредитации. Кроме того дана структура выпускающей кафедры, ее достоинства и планируемые перспективы развития с учетом сетевого взаимодействия с российскими и зарубежными вузами. Выявлены сильные стороны аккредитуемой образовательной программы, позволяющие признать качество и высокий уровень подготовки выпускников, их готовности к успешной карьере в области подземного и городского строительства. |

| Abstract. | With the rapid economic development in several European countries and in Russia construction industry requires a gradual change of the paradigms in education systems in order to enhance the role of employers in the training of professional personnel. Heads of construction industry in the regions should define themselves the objectives and results of study as a set of requirements for graduates, based on development strategy of high school. Considering the possible diversity of approaches and techniques used in the implementation of educational programs. Relevance of research is the development of goals and results of learning for the Master's program «Underground and urban construction», meeting the requirements of FGES HPE third generation of professional standards and the regional labor market specialists. In order to solve this problem, the department «Building manufacturing and geotechnics» prepared interrogatories and questionnaire survey were carried out among of representatives of regional authorities, employers, students, teachers, parents of students and graduates. The article investigates the experience of the passage of an independent, international professional public accreditation of educational programs on the basis of preparation of the documents according to the criteria of self-education oriented to evaluate the achievement of intended learning goals. Skills Training issuing department,the university and the educational program carried out during the school year involving a wide public opinion. Strengths of the accredited master's program attracted the attention of experts and international observers, resulting in Perm National Research Polytechnic University invited to become a member of the European Association of building high schools (EUCEET), starting in 2014. |
