| Аннотация. | В современном обществе главным источником конкурентных преимуществ и развития являются инновации, и решение задачи принятия либо непринятия инновационного проекта является очень актуальным. В этой связи необходимы объективные методы исследования научно-технических проектов. В статье предлагается на первом этапе осуществлять оценку реализуемости инновационного проекта. В дальнейшем, после того как был осуществлён отсев явно бесперспективных проектов, можно перейти к оценке инновационных проектов, заключающейся в определении уровня его эффективности по совокупности интегральных показателей. |

| Title of the article | Evaluating the effectiveness of innovative projects |
| Abstract. | The main source of competitive advantage and development is innovation and decision about accessing innovative is very relevant. In this regard objective methods of innovative projects is necessary. This article offers the first step to assess the feasibility of the innovative project. Later when the screening of clearly perspectiveless projects was made, we can start the evaluation of innovative projects of defining its effectiveness on set of integrated indicators. We offer to allocate eight groups of integrated indicators that characterize all aspects of investment to form the assessment tools. Effectiveness of the project - a category that shows the costs and results of innovative project goals and interests of the participants, there may also be taken into account the interests of the state and the population. Such types of effective projects can be identified: financial, recourse, ecological, social, scientific and technical, budget, corporate, informative. |
