| Title of the article | Prospects of innovative development of economy and construction complex of the Republic of Mordovia |
| Abstract. | The innovation is the introduced innovation provided high-quality growth of efficiency of processes or production, demanded by the market; it is the end result of intellectual activity of the person, his imagination, creative process, openings, inventions and rationalization. An example of an innovation is removal on productive market (the goods and services) production systems with new consumer properties or high-quality increase of efficiency. The ability to use innovations effectively means the achievement of such national purposes for the country, as national security, protection of environment, health care, and also labor productivity increase, attraction of the international investments. Innovations in construction play very important role in development of scientific and technical progress in national economy as a whole. In innovative policy of modern major companies the tendency to reorientation of an orientation of scientific, technical, production and marketing activity was distinctly shown. It is expressed, first of all, in aspiration to increase in the range of let-out production of specific weight of the new knowledge-intensive products which sale conducts to expansion of accompanying technical services. On the other hand, the aspiration to decrease in costs of production of traditional production is noted. But everything is not so simple: current state of the Russian innovative infrastructure is characterized by existence of a number of problems which constrain effective development of national innovative system in our country. |
