| Аннотация. | Для создания общественных пешеходных пространств в центральной исторической части города необходимо выработать функционально-пространственные модели разных типов общественных пешеходных пространств. Каждая модель имеет свою структуру, которая определяется следующими подсистемами: 1) рекомендуемые пространственно-планировочные параметры; 2) рекомендуемые деятельностные характеристики; 3) параметрические модели организации общественного пешеходного пространства; 4) типологические рекомендации, обусловленные особым статусом, типом общественного пространства, спецификой протекающих в нем функциональных процессов. |

| Title of the article | Formation of models-prototypes of public pedestrian spaces |
| Abstract. | To create a public pedestrian spaces in the central historic district it is necessary develop a single model (or several models), which will act as a prototype (model, «the canon»), functional and planning organization of public pedestrian spaces. Models developed by city planners, architects, designers, and one side are advisory in nature (normalizing and enlightening), on the other hand which regulates. Each model has it’s own structure which is defined by following subsystems: 1) spatial and layout parameters recommended; 2) characteristics of activities recommended; 3) parametric models of the public pedestrian spaces organization; 4) typological recommendations caused by the special status, type of public space, specific character of functional processes progressing in it. To date, the regulatory frameworks within which the city can design and implement a variety of time-bound project plan are the «Land Use and Development Regulations». The result is that the model developed should be reflected in this particular regulatory document. And with the introduction of «Rules of Land Use and Development» it is necessary to use actively the two-stage introduction of regulations. In the first stage of building parameters are set for standard zones under Town Planning Code of the Russian Federation. Regulations imposed by the second stage, take into account the peculiarities of functioning, organization of public pedestrian spaces, establish special types of permitted uses, specify the boundaries of the zones, adjusting the parameters of permitted land use. |
