| Аннотация. | Проблема управления конструктивной безопасностью и качеством строительства актуальна не только в России. Практика показывает, что в странах с развитой рыночной экономикой нередко встречаются факты, когда не только начинающие предприниматели, но и крупные строительные фирмы в целях «экономии» затрат допускают умышленные нарушения в ущерб качеству строительной продукции. В этой связи интерес представляет вопрос о том, каким образом решается проблема управления конструктивной безопасностью и качеством строительства в развитых странах. |

| Title of the article | Modeling and evaluation of international experience to improve the quality of construction works and services of business entities |
| Abstract. | Transformation of economic relations in Russia led to the aggravation of contradictions in the system of reproduction of available housing, as a result of privatization of the owner of the care shifted repair and restoration of property. The economic aspect of the problem is the lack of a strategic approach to the accumulation of funds for the purposes of reproduction of property in their absence, to the extent needed, and therefore, to find ways to generate the necessary funds. The latter implies the development and implementation of short-term programs to improve the quality component of the problem based on available funding. For successful reform of the reproduction quality of the regional housing in acute food shortages, and a high level of wear and tear, development and implementation of the concept, covering all stages of the processes occurring in the housing sector, and to exercise effective control of these processes. The main role of government is to create a transparent financial mechanism, as well as the conditions of its functioning, such as the adoption of laws and amendments to existing legislation, the initial support of market institutions and individuals involved in the financing of a quality renovation and construction projects. |
