| Аннотация. | Данная статья направлена на определение целей, задач, принципов транспортного обслуживания крупномасштабного спортивного мероприятия (КСМ) и создания эффективной системы транспортно-пассажирского комплекса (ТПК) для повышения качества транспортного обслуживания населения и гостей города, стимулирования экономического роста и привлекательности как экономического, делового, культурного, спортивного центра всероссийского и мирового масштаба в долгосрочной перспективе. Развитие городских транспортных систем в условиях роста уровня автомобилизации, обеспечение спроса на передвижения населения и перевозки грузов требует реализации взаимоувязанных и сбалансированных мер по развитию улично-дорожной сети и городского пассажирского транспорта, по автоматизированному управлению транспортными потоками и элементами транспортного комплекса и по организации дорожного движения. |

| Title of the article | Territorial and transport planning of large-scale sporting events |
| Abstract. | Development of urban transport systems under the conditions of automobilization level increasing, as well as providing of demand for population movement and cargo transportation requires the implementation of interconnected and balanced measures on developing of the road network and urban passenger transport, on automated management of traffic and elements of the transport system and on traffic management. Only the implementation of such a set of measures allows the modern cities to avoid traffic jams, characterized by permanent congestions leading to limitation of population mobility, efficiency of the social and economic system, as well as low levels of ecological safety of the urban environment. The aim of the present work is to define goals, issues, principles and the ways of development of the city transport complex, directed to solving the problem of an effective public transport service, and as well as formation of the transportation system corresponding with the needs of the city that will combine the road infrastructure and public transport infrastructure of common use. The particular importance and relevance of the development of the transport complex in Kazan makes the need for efficient, high-quality and safe transportation support of the large-scale sporting event, the XXVIIth World Summer Universiade, comparable in scale only to the Olympic Games, scheduled for summer 2013. |
