Вступление России во Всемирную торговую организацию обостряет наличие институциональных особенностей и обуславливает повышение конкуренции вследствие появления зарубежных компаний на строительном рынке, подчеркивая действительную потребность повышения качества на объектах инфраструктуры региона. |

| Title of the article | Institutional features to improve the quality of social infrastructure |
| Abstract. | The article investigates the institutional features to improve the quality of social infrastructure, due to the fact that today the Russian construction industry enterprises operate within the framework of the WTO, so actively implementing the quality management system. Economic activities of businesses in terms of resource constraints should take into account the environmental imperative, therefore detection of violations in the balance of endogenous and exogenous factors that lead to the disruption of economic performance is very important. In the article the problem of maintaining the economic development, which is possible with the development of the resource base and the correlation of resource constraints on the basis of effective and innovative development, resulting in economic resources is defined as an investment object. The economic cycle of economic activity, complete interaction matrix production processes with positive and negative external effects and inclusion in the analysis of industrial and economic activity environmental component, allows to reflect the impact of the introduction of innovations to volume ratio and by-products produced in the factories. Into account the principles of policy implementation to improve the quality of works and services for the population based on the combination of budgetary and extra-budgetary investments, private-public partnership. Overall, the study aims to develop organizational and economic approaches to establish mechanisms to improve the system of government measures for the development of quality housing market. |
