| Аннотация. | В статье рассматривается возможность организации велосипедного движения в районе Старо-Татарской слободы. В результате натурного обследования ситуации и анализа основных характеристик транспортного потока на улично-дорожной сети Старо-татарской слободы предложено пять схем возможного расположения велосипедных полос, которые могут быть применены либо все сразу, либо только отдельные из них. Также представлены места парковок для велосипедов на рассматриваемой территории. |

| Abstract. | The article presents the main provision of the designing cycle routes in the area of the Old Tatar settlement of the city of Kazan. To date road network of the most modern Russian cities of Kazan, in particular, was designed with the movement of motor transport. Bicycle transport in the design of cross-section of the street and road network was not considered. The contemporary growth of road transport has led to the fact that almost the entire territory of the city is almost occupied by the vehicle. Over the past five years, gradually increased the interest to bicycle transportation, which is more maneuverable, lightweight and compact in the parking lot, and often faster, than car. To carry out the movement of cyclists in urban conditions, it is necessary first of all to ensure the safety of the cyclist. Based on the foregoing, there are five options for the placement of bike routes on the territory of the Old-Tatar settlement. The results of field surveys of the situation and analysis of the main characteristics of the traffic flow on the road network of the Old Tatar settlement proposed five schemes possible locations of bike lanes, which can be applied either all at once or only some of them. |
