| Аннотация. | В настоящее время вступил в действие очередной этап регулирования развития жилищного строительства. Вместе с определением приоритетов развития отрасли на федеральном уровне и в Республике Татарстан разработана и утверждена соответствующая целевая программа. В ней, вместе с сохранением заслуживших положительную оценку реализованных мероприятий, предусмотрены новые направления активизации на рынке предложения жилья. Также в качестве пилотных проектов запланированы к развитию наёмный сегмент жилья и сектор жилищно-строительных кооперативов. |

| Title of the article | Estimation of strategy of development of housing construction in Republic Tatarstan for 2011-2015 |
| Abstract. | In modern conditions transition of a housing policy to a new level of development is carried out. For its realization at regional level tools of a programmno-target method are used. According to substantive provisions of the offered mechanism of development of branch new priorities which will allow to raise quality of the state services in the habitation market are defined. Performance of actions for creation of a segment of hired habitation, both commercial, and social use is for this purpose provided. First of all, it will provide labor mobility in areas of active industrial development, and secondly, will allow to provide with habitation needy categories of citizens. Achievement of the given purpose is planned to provide by involving in process of the state, builders and the region enterprises. For maintenance of increase in volumes of housing construction and increase of availability of habitation active attraction of citizens to the decision of this point in question by their involving in noncommercial housing associations is planned. One of forms of the decision of a task in view is working out of models of specialized housing co-operatives which should act as noncommercial suppliers of habitation. For their creation attraction of institutes of development of the market of habitation of Republic Tatarstan and administrations of municipal unions is planned. |
