| Название статьи. | Теоретические и методические основы формирования стратегии развития предприятия |
| Аннотация. | Стратегия предприятия является одним из важнейших инструментов управления и развития предприятия. Однако современные экономические условия накладывают новые требования на процесс формирования стратегии развития. В статье рассмотрены теоретические и методические основы этого процесса. Обозначены основные проблемы, существующие на сегодняшний день, и намечены основные пути их решения через внедрение нового механизма формирования стратегии развития. Рассмотрены 4 вида направлений стратегического развития предприятий: • инновационная (направленная на улучшения продукта), • внутрифирменная (направленная на повышение эффективности управления), • рыночная (направленная на изменение положения предприятия на рынке), • инвестиционная (направленная на улучшение финансового и инвестиционного состояния предприятия). |

| Title of the article | Theoretical and methodical bases of the enterprise development strategy |
| Abstract. | The aim of the work was to analyze the formation of development strategies and the theoretical and methodical basis of this process. This allows to identify the «narrow» places of the formation of strategies at the enterprise. It is established that the existing methods of forming strategies do not always meet modern economic realities, characterized by a high degree of uncertainty and variability, as this methods is time-consuming. It is revealed that at the stage of strategic planning it is possible to introduct a new mechanism that will smooth out these shortcomings of existing methods, as well as significantly reduce the time required for the appropriate updating strategies in line with recent changes in the future, that also important in the current economic climate. The article presents the concept of this mechanism, based on a systems approach, and the logic of the construction of circuits of the strategic development of companies and logic of the choosing the best option. 4 forms of trends in strategic development of the enterprises are examined: innovation (directed toward improvements in the product), intra-firm (directed toward an increase in the effectiveness in control), market (directed toward a change in the position of enterprise on the market), investment (directed toward an improvement in the financial and investment state of enterprise). |
