| Аннотация. | Цель статьи – показать, как социальные процессы, происходящие в нашей стране, отразились в архитектуре общественных зданий Казани, выявить как положительный, так и негативный опыт, который необходимо учитывать в современном строительстве города. Полезны разработки 1920-1930-х годов новых массовых типов общественных зданий и градостроительные предложения по развитию структуры города, улучшению санитарно-гигиенических условий. В статье отмечается, что в рассматриваемый период были утрачены многие памятники архитектуры и нарушены принципы ансамблевой застройки города. На основании проведенного анализа даны некоторые рекомендации по дальнейшему развитию архитектуры общественных зданий Казани. |

| Abstract. | The aim of the article is to show how the social processes taking place in our country, reflected on the architecture of public buildings of Kazan, to identify both positive and negative experience, which should be taken into account in the construction industry of the city. Developments of new types of public buildings of the 1920-1930-ies are useful. Public buildings of Kazan have received extensive multi-functional structure that corresponds to the new social needs they had a new free functionally and structurally due to volume-spatial composition with the differentiation of the premises in the zones. In the first draft of the plan of Kazan (GIPROGOR, office № 2, Moscow, the head of the architect B.P. Dmitriev, 1934) the new progressive principles of Soviet urban planning: a comprehensive approach to the solution of urban problems are reflected, the account of the current structure of the city, improvement of sanitary-and-hygienic conditions of development, improvement not only Central, but also the outlying areas of the city and others. The Proposals on reconstruction of main areas in Kazan were important for the city (organization of the exit to the Volga for the area of 1 May, to the lake Caban – for the square Kuibyshev). But the plan did not take into account the existing architectural monuments, did not provide for a specific system in the placement of new public buildings, and they were built selectively in different parts of the city, contrasting with the environment. The article notes that during the period under review there has been a substantial loss of monuments of architecture has happened, and there were lack of an ensemble of buildings. On the basis of the analysis, that was made the author gives some recommendations for the further development of the architecture of public buildings of Kazan. |
