Учитывая возрастание мировой конкуренции в сфере товаров и услуг, вопрос развития научного, технологического и кадрового потенциала выходит на первый план. Целью работы являлось описание стратегии инновационного развития России, описание основных положений уже существующих нормативных документов, сравнение сложившейся инновационной экономики нашей страны с зарубежным опытом. |

| Title of the article | Strategic development of innovative economy |
| Abstract. | Contemporary world development and economic growth is increasingly driven by scientific and technological progress and the growth of production of intellectualization of the basic facts that reveal the competitiveness of national economies. The main objectives of innovation are the minimization of production costs and improving the quality of technological, organizational and personnel decisions. Innovation strategy, defines the long-term state policy in the field of innovation and implementation of this strategy envy at what rate will be the transition of the Russian economy to the correct functioning of the innovation economy. This article describes the main programs developed in the field of translation of the Russian economy in the innovation economy. The basic directions of social and economic policy of the country gradually focus on strategic plans through 2020 and shows the percentages of strategic plans for innovative businesses, innovative state and participate in the global innovation system. Scientific and technical activities in Russia creates the conditions for the active development of important technological trends and subsequent implementation of innovative products and services that are competitive in the domestic and global markets. Level of innovation spheres (science, technology, knowledge-intensive industries) provides the basis for sustainable economic growth, defines the boundaries between rich and poor countries. Therefore, the formation of national innovation systems is a major factor in long-term economic growth in Russia. However, the introduction of innovative technologies is only possible with close assistance of government, science and business. |
