| Аннотация. | Автор раскрывает основные экономические и организационно-управленческие предпосылки активизации рынка консультационных услуг в нефтедобывающем секторе экономики регионов, проводит их региональные сравнения среди субъектов Приволжского федерального округа, выявляет воздействие инновационной активности субъектов Федерации как потенциала применения консалтинга при коммерциализации инноваций. Особое внимание уделено выявлению специфики этого процесса в Республике Татарстан, среди которых формирование территориально-производственных кластеров, крупных транспортно-логистических и производственных узлов, высокий уровень научно-технического и образовательного потенциала региона, а также формирование динамично развивающихся городов в нефтедобывающих регионах. |

| Title of the article | Prerequisites for the formation and development of the regional market of consulting services in the oil sector of the economy of the Republic of Tatarstan |
| Abstract. | The author reveals the main economic, organizational and managerial background enhancing consulting services market in the oil sector of the regional economy, holds their regional comparisons among regions of the Volga Federal District, reveals the effect of innovation activities of the Federation as a potential consulting practice for commercialization of innovation. A special concern is paid to identify the specifics of this process in the Republic of Tatarstan, of which the author highlights such as the development of regional industrial clusters focused on high-tech methods of oil production, with a concentration of such clusters in urban cities of the Republic, the largest transport and logistics and industrial sites within the development of the oil industry in the region, possessing the potential capacity and provides a holistic relationship centers of economic increase, with its gradual integration into the developing world transport system. In addition, the author marks the formation and development of small oil companies focused on oil production in inefficient and poorly developed fields using modern technology (mechanized, resource-saving and environmentally-adapted), a high level of technical, scientific and educational potential of the major metropolitan areas with a high quality environment residence and human potential, dynamic innovation and educational infrastructure, formation of dynamic cities in the oil-producing regions of the Republic, characterized by the influx of population, investment, and related social and industrial infrastructure, the creation of the regional component of human capital in the oil producing areas of the Republic, based on the high level of educational and professional capacity historically rooted in higher educational establishments. |
