| Аннотация. | В статье рассмотрены проблемы перехода России к новой промышленной политике. Изучен передовой опыт реализации новой промышленной политики в США. Обоснованы причины отказа развитых стран от постиндустриализации и перехода к неоиндустриализации. Обосновывается необходимость смены парадигмы инженерного образования в целях успешной реализации российской промышленной политики. |

| Title of the article | New priorities of industrial policy and the paradigm shift in engineering education |
| Abstract. | Article is devoted to the questions of the development of a new industrial policy in order to improve the competitiveness of the Russian economy. The modern trends of industrial policy in developed countries were analyzed in the paper. We studied the best practices of the implementation of the new industrial policy in the United States. Paper substantiates reasons of the developed countries’ refusal to post-industrialization and the transition to a neo-industrialization. Article explores the factors of the acceleration of Russia's transition to a new industrial policy. The criterion of choice of priorities of the national industrial policy was suggested. Paper analyzes the condition of the road construction industry, problems and prospects of its development. It substantiates the role of the road construction branch in the development of the domestic industry. The article examines the impact of cooperation between universities and business to improve the quality of engineering education in the road construction industry. Also, the role of network education in the successful realization of industrial policy is shown in this article. |
