| Аннотация. | В связи с нестабильностью сферы жилищно-коммунальных услуг проблема создания эффективной системы поиска причин несостоятельности (банкротства) отраслевых предприятий приобретает все большую актуальность. По результатам многочисленных исследований в области анализа производственно-хозяйственной деятельности и с учетом отраслевых особенностей сферы жилищно-коммунальных услуг приводятся результаты прикладного использования эконометрической модели дискриминантного анализа для ранней диагностики проблемы банкротства предприятий отрасли ЖКХ. |

| Abstract. | Deepening of market relations and the development of modern economic analysis and forecasting sharply aggravated the problem of instability of enterprises and organizations of the housing and construction sector. However, in a complex, deformed by recent events, the economy, it would be wrong to go only by strengthening the stability of the financial pressure on the organization. Today is valuable analysis of other factors amenable to adjustments in the process of securing and controlling the stability of construction and utility companies and organizations. Based on the monitoring of statistics, tendencies of changes in purchasing state, identified the main causes of insolvent enterprises of housing and communal services. Since all the development in the field of evaluation and analysis should take into account the random nature of the modern construction industry, subjected to numerous destabilizing, as mathematical tools used in the article mathematical statistics, factor modeling, discriminate analysis. The successful application of economic and mathematical modeling due to the author of many problems, including determining said account actual production capacity of the organization in the short term future. Thus, this article presents a methodology to avoid bankruptcy and rank companies according to the degree of stability. Identified results of discriminate analysis and constructed a mathematical model, the variables that influence the efficiency of investment business activities of industrial enterprises, clarify certain model sustainability assessment, which contributes methodological support and makes it possible to perform a comparative evaluation of priority investment sector enterprises. |
