| Аннотация. | Статья посвящена проблеме проектирования новых объектов в архитектурно-исторической среде одного из центральных районов Казани. Сквозь призму современных архитектурных теорий раскрываются их соответствие исторически сложившейся градостроительной ситуации и уникальности «духа места», связь с традиционными архитектурно-декоративными приемами, выявляется общая архитектурно-стилевая тенденция, связанная с путями развития национально-региональной архитектуры. |

| Title of the article | New objects in historic architectural environment of previous Gospitalnya Sloboda in Kazan city (now Mushtary, Tschapova, Volkova, Butlerova streets) |
| Abstract. | Article is dedicated to the problem of new objects planning in the historic architectural environment of one of the central districts in Kazan. The accordance to historically existing town-planning situation and to unique «spirit of place» is exposed in the light of modern architectural theories. The general stylistic tendency, linked to the development of national-regional architecture is revealed. The activity on the field of objects designing in the historically laid together situation of architectural environment and the reflection on it both on the part of expert, so public criticism, caused the emergence of new concepts, applied models and International Charter (Venice, Beijing, etc.). The goals that are pursued by the authors are to show and analyze the objects in the situation of historical environment due to the new ideological positions and to identify successful and unsuccessful practice. One of the aims is to reveal directions and trends in the new facilities of objects designing, according to the situation of one of the central historical parts of Kazan, so called Gospitalnya sloboda. Article brought tree examples of the recently designed objects, each of which discloses specific aspects of the inclusion in the historical environment. Despite overall positive assessment, it should be noted the impact of industrial thinking, both in architectural design practice as well as in the materials, used for the facades. The authors revealed the problem of architectural forms organization principles, according to the traditions of national-regional architecture, which reduces the originality and peculiarity of architectural view of the city with its cultural and touristic potential. |
