| Аннотация. | Целью статьи является исследование механизмов использования «умных» технологий для развития способов управления инфраструктурой города. Исследование проводилось на основе российского и зарубежного опыта по использованию «умных» технологий в управлении инфраструктурой городов показывающего существенное повышение показателей эффективности и оперативности деятельности учреждений и организаций комплекса городского хозяйства, что является необходимым условием для сохранения конкурентоспособности экономической системы города-миллионера и его дальнейшего развития в условиях нестабильной экономической ситуации. |

| Abstract. | This article discusses the use of «smart» technologies to develop ways to control the infrastructure of the city, showing the prospects of a significant increase in performance and efficiency of the activities of agencies and organizations of the complex urban, subject to the proper application of such technologies in economic activity. The issues raised in the paper today are highly relevant for both public authorities and institutions and organizations for the complex urban. The article analyzes the main aspects and the basic directions of the use and development of these innovative ways of management. Studied Russian and foreign experience on the use of «smart» technologies to manage traffic, housing and communal services of cities. The use of «smart» technologies to develop ways to control the infrastructure of the city is essential to remain competitive, especially true in times of economic crisis, when local budgets are tight economy of resources. Also, international practice of using «smart» technologies to manage the city's infrastructure reveals a significant increase in performance and efficiency of the activities of agencies and organizations of the complex urban. |
