| Аннотация. | Реальные опционы являются важным инструментом управления инновационными проектами. В практике управления реальные опционы позволяют менеджеру применять заранее спроектированную гибкость для управления инновационными проектами в условиях неопределенной и зачастую непрогнозируемой внешней среды. В статье рассмотрено понятие реального опциона применительно к инновационному проекту, произведена классификация опционов, а также предложена декомпозиция инновационного проекта с точки зрения моментов возникновения реальных опционов. |

| Title of the article | Real options as a methodological framework of innovation project management |
| Abstract. | An innovation project is absolutely non-linear. It can proceed at unpredictable scenarios and lead to unplanned results of unplanned ways. Therefore it’s necessary to provide preliminary and interim evaluation of the effectiveness of the innovation project that would lead to valid conclusions about the need for continuation, completion or correction for the strategy of project realization. The concept of real options method is largely answers for designated tasks of innovation project management. The assumption is based on the fact that this method firstly considers the future uncertainty as the value. The inclusion of real options in the project provides an opportunity to adaptation of project to changing environmental conditions, thereby reducing the negative impact of uncertainty on the results of the project. The real option is the right or the possibility of management decision in the future. By using the method of real options, there is the possibility of forming a diversified portfolio, which allows more flexibility to evaluate and correct project management. In this article the concept of real option with respect to an innovation project is considered, a classification of options is given, also decomposition of an innovative project in terms of appearance moments of real options is proposed. |
