| Название статьи. | Доходные дома Старо-Татарской слободы Казани: выявление архитектурной идентичности на примере доходного комплекса Апанаевского подворья |
| Аннотация. | В статье исследуются доходные дома и комплексы рубежа ХIХ и ХХ столетий в этническом районе Казани - Старо-Татарской слободе. В ХХI в. они стали приходить в аварийное состояние, часть из них полностью утрачена. Актуальность работы обусловлена необходимостью исследования и изучения доходных домов и усадебных комплексов в застройке Старо-Татарской слободы для обеспечения её сохранности и развития в будущем. Целью исследования является выявление их архитектурной идентичности на примере Апанаевского подворья. Задачи исследования: выявить идентификационные коды доходных комплексов (закономерности расположения объектов в структуре Старо-Татарской слободы, выявление архитектурных особенностей, характер функционального заполнения доходных комплексов и зданий, определение идентичности исследуемого объекта). Результаты. Комплексный анализ материалов натурных обследований объекта и историко-архивных документов показал многофункциональный характер доходных комплексов Старо-Татарской слободы. Были определены идентификационные коды Апанаевского подворья: градостроительный, архитектурно-исторический, функциональный, национально-этнический, событийный, раскрывающие его идентичность. Выводы. Подавляющее большинство доходных комплексов располагалось в районе Сенной площади Старо-Татарской слободы. Как правило, главный объём комплекса решался в эклектичном стиле, позднее - в модерне, оставался неоштукатуренным в красном или крашеном кирпиче. Значение исследования для Казани и РТ заключается в выявлении архитектурной идентичности доходных зданий комплексов, проявляющейся в идентификационных кодах. Доходные комплексы Старо-Татарской слободы имеют ценность, как архитектурные объекты, так и как памятники, несущие в себе нематериальную составляющую идентичности татарской культуры и истории. Их утрата негативно отразится на историческом облике Казани и приведёт к потере устойчивого развития данного района. |

| Abstract. | The article examines commercial apartment buildings and complexes of the turn of the XIX and XX centuries in the ethnic district of Kazan - the Old Tatar quarter. In the XXI century they began to fall into disrepair, some of them are completely lost. The relevance of the work is due to the need to research, study and preserve commercial apartment buildings and estate complexes in the development of the Old Tatar Qarter to ensure its sustainable development in the future. The purpose of the study is to identify their architectural identity using the example of the Apanaevsky Compound. The research objectives: to find out the identification codes of commercial apartment complexes (regularities of the location of objects in the structure of the Old Tatar Quarter, identification of architectural features, the nature of the functional filling of commercial apartment complexes and buildings, determination of the identity of the object under study). Results. A comprehensive analysis of the materials of object’s field surveys and historical and archival documents showed the multifunctional nature of the commercial appartment complexes of the Old Tatar Quarter. Following identification codes of the Apanayevsky Compound were determined: urban planning, architectural-historical, functional, national-ethnic, event, revealing its identity. Conclusions. The vast majority of commercial apartment complexes were located in the area of the Sennaya Square of the Old Tatar Quarter. As a rule, the main building of the complex was solved in an eclectic style, later - in Art Nouveau, remained unplastered in red or painted brick. The significance of the research for Kazan and the Republic of Tatarstan is to identify the architectural identity of the commercial apartment buildings of the complexes, manifested in identification codes. The commercial apartment complexes of the Old Tatar Quarter have value both as architectural objects and as monuments bearing an intangible component of the identity of Tatar culture and history. Their loss will negatively affect the historical appearance of Kazan and lead to the loss of sustainable development of this area. |
