| Аннотация. | В статье рассмотрены основные тенденции создания реабилитационных центров для онкологически больных детей. Новые медицинские технологии обусловили появление множества новых помещений, каждое из которых имеет свои типологические требования к габаритам, инженерным коммуникациям и новейшим технологиям. На основе проведенных анализов существующих различных медицинских учреждений была выявлена острая необходимость в создании новой концепции в проектировании реабилитационных центров для онкологически больных детей. Цель статьи – изучение и анализ системного подхода в реабилитации онкологически больных детей в специализированных центрах. |

| Title of the article | The problems of formation of the rehabilitation centers for sick children |
| Abstract. | Oncological diseases become one of actual social problems of our days. Under the statistical data only in the beginning of 21 centuries it is registered over 2500 cases of malignant new growths at children. More than 12 500 children consisted on the account with the given disease that has made 4,1 % from all death rate of the given group of the population. On death rate from all forms during this period of malignant formations among children were 32 died children on 100 new patients are revealed. Russia takes the second place in the world by quantity of ill children after Hungary. St.-Petersburg wins first place in Russia on disease of oncological diseases (in a city and area more than 100 thousand oncological patients). In this connection there is a problem of quality of life and rehabilitation of oncological sick children. Historical aspect the tendency to complication of structure of buildings of the modern medical rehabilitation complexes including set of structural divisions with the expensive equipment and a wide range of functions is traced. Process of optimization of space of the children's rehabilitation center for oncological sick children is continuous. Dynamics of the organization of structures of the children's rehabilitation centers stimulates experiment in a direction of search of decisions new functionally-planing. In this connection the tendency of a conclusion of specialized functionally-planing elements from structure of medical institutions and their integration into branches of large establishments or the separate centers now is traced. The rehabilitation centers for oncological sick children, as independent organizational units are formed. |
