| Abstract. | Problem statement. The purpose of research – analysis of the impact of new technology for building information modeling on the quality of the process of collective design and management in construction. Results. The main results of the research are to create an approach to setting up educational programs in construction universities, based on the analysis of the opinions of employers, teachers and students. The necessity of expanding the list of competences of the bachelors of construction is shown, in the conditions of introduction of the new technology of information modeling of buildings Conclusions. The significance of the results obtained for the construction industry is the completeness of the list of competences developed by the authors and the formulated proposals for their application in the construction industry. |
