| Title of the article | Introduction of modern information technologies – the way of improvement of quality of design production in construction |
| Abstract. | Quality of products produced by any construction complex is defined directly by the quality of project works which are a basis of all investment and construction cycle. Today quality guarantees of the design decisions realized in the design and survey organizations, certainly gives the introduction of quality systems on the basis of the ISO standards of a series 9000 for management of design process. Construction and operation of such data-intensive, requiring constant updating of quality management systems is fundamentally impossible without the introduction of modern information systems and technologies. The paper presents and analyzes information systems not only significantly to improve the quality of the design-budget production, but also to make the functioning of the quality management systems more efficient. Today specialized control systems of design activity in construction, systems of the electronic control by documents (ECD), «Information Modeling of the Building/construction» or «Information Building/construction Model» system – BIM – Building Information Modeling, by CAD/CAM-systems are rather actively used. Thus project improvement of quality at introduction of each of systems is reached both due to optimization of administrative decisions, and by improvement of technology of process of design. So, for example, introduction of control systems by design activity in construction will allow the organization to automate actually well documentary process which becomes further one of the main in quality management system, and BIM application – technologies will give the chance of receiving, processing and the analysis of detailed text and graphic 2D and 3D information at all design stages and object operation. The generalized expert assessment of possibility of improvement of quality of design production due to introduction of the considered information systems and technologies allows giving an assessment to these tools by various criteria. |
