| Abstract. | In the article necessity of application of innovative receptions for leasing schemes of investment within the limits of strategy of investment-innovative development of Tatarstan Republic is proved. The market of leasing services of the region for the present time and the existing structure of financial and credit maintenance of real sector of economy was analyzed. Advantages to subjects of innovative leasing relations are formulated. Also in this article the factors negatively affecting stable and successful development of the market of leasing services was considered. At the same time the basic directions necessary for steady economic development of Republic on the basis of creation the conditions for effective growth of investment-innovative sphere and competitiveness of manufacture are resulted. |
