Title of the articleTheory of offer of advertising quality in Russia
Abstract.The offer is possibility and desire of the advertising producer to offer in the market the advertising services for sale at determined price and a certain quality. In this article the offer volume concerning change of a level of quality of advertising is investigated at constancy of other factors. Quantity of the offer, its structure and dynamics substantially depend on change of a level of quality of reproduced advertising, which is one of the major factors defining volume of the offer of advertising. We entered the following definition of the offer on quality. The advertising offer on quality is a total of advertising production with a different level of quality which is in the market and which can be used by the consumer. The advertising offer on quality is a part of total volume of the offer which characterizes an economic situation in the advertising market, defined by quality of advertising. On the basis of the carried-out detailed research we made an important conclusion that the offer volume on quality has inverse relationship. We can argue that quality of the advertising is higher, that its offer will be smaller for this period of time when other conditions being equal.
