| Abstract. | One of the least studied in the institutional theory – the problem of cultural-institutional changes is analyzed. Its practical usage for the stable social functioning is shown; approaches to solutions, excluding extremes are suggested. These extremes are related both to the non-critical transition of institutional practices, borrowed from the outside, in the Russian social-cultural environment and to absolutisation of its own trends of institutional development. |
