| Title of the article | Influences of cooperation on the development of net-virtual system |
| Abstract. | Globalization of society leads to the appearance of new forms of cooperation between economic players – the emergence of new forms of cooperation. Under the co-operation in the construction of mean institutionalized industrial relations between organizations and enterprises, independent of economically involved in the investment process. The rapid development of the society, its needs change, widespread modern Internet technologies, as well as shortcomings of the existing concept of cooperation led to a new way of cooperation and integration of enterprises under the concept of «virtual enterprise». The term «virtual enterprise» is used in two senses. In a more abstract context of Virtual Enterprise means the most advanced and efficient form of organization of the enterprise, which is the best in terms of available technology and economic conditions. In a more specific sense, the virtual enterprise is a network, computer-integrated organizational and production structure, consisting of heterogeneous components located in different places. Then the adjective «virtual» can be interpreted as «temporarily formed» or «created by modern resources». Due to its flexibility, the priority of horizontal relations, autonomy and specialization of the network members, the high status of information and human resources integration concept of cooperation in the framework of the virtual enterprise is the most effective form of cooperation, both in the construction industry, and in other resource-intensive industries in the rapidly changing conditions of the economy. |
