| Abstract. | Problem statement. Pipeline is the main part of the engineering and communication infrastructure of all residential and industrial buildings. The service life of engineering systems depends entirely on the quality of the pipes and their insulation. The purpose of the research is to study the technology of manufacturing and installation of pipes in polyurethane foam PE insulation. Results. The article deals with the processes of manufacturing pipes in polyurethane foam PE insulation, the technology of their installation, revealed the main defects, inconsistencies and causes of their occurrence. Conclusions. The significance of the results obtained for the construction industry is to clarify the features of the quality control system in the manufacture and installation of PPU PE pipes. It is established that the cause of numerous defects is a poor-quality incoming inspection, as well as operational control in the manufacture and installation of pipes in polyurethane foam PE insulation. The composition of operations and means of quality control for the installation of pipelines are proposed. |
