Abstract.Coastal territories – the reserve for completion of recreational deficiency of city Quality of a city life is caused by presence of enough of the extensive recreational territories directly influencing ecological equilibrium in city. Recreational development of coastal territories of Kazan will help to fill the shortage the extensive planted trees and shrubs spaces and to improve an ecological condition of city as a whole. Using the general appeal of coastal landscapes, opening recreational potential of a coastal zone of water areas inclusion of the extensive planted trees and shrubs sites, reaches improvement of a life and rest of the townspeople.
