| Аннотация. | Большие объемы реставрационных работ ведутся сотрудниками научно- исследовательского проектного института «Азерберпа» при Министерстве Культуры и Туризма Азербайджанской Республики. В статье делается обзор проектов в области сохранения наследия, реализованных в 2000-е годы, особо рассматриваются два проекта реставрации – Дом Шекихановых в Шеки и культовый комплекс «Атешгях» в Баку. Приводятся не только основные архитектурно-художественные особенности обоих памятников, но и мероприятиями по их реставрации и приспособлению, осуществленных в 2013 году под руководством и при непосредственном участии автора данного исследования. |

| Title of the article | Monuments’ adaptation after their restoration (by the examples of last year’s projects realized in Azerbaijan) |
| Abstract. | Great amount of the work on restoration, conservation of architectural monuments were realized in the last years in different historical towns of the country. Measures on preservation of the Christian churches, mosques, mausoleums, fortresses and towers, bathhouses, palaces and caravanserais were conducted. It is well known that the projects on preservation of architectural heritage were conducted before. But such works ranged after 2000-s. Beside the fact that separate architectural monuments were preserved by private project organizations and even by private professionals, the main part of the works on restoration realized in the Scientific-Research Project Institute «Azerberpa» under Ministry of Culture and Tourism of Azerbaijan. One can mentiones that the main reason of preservation works is to preserve (restore or conserve) each monument in correct way in accordance with european tendencies. There is an observation of the projects realized in 2000-s in the field of heritage preservation, with special attention to two restoration projects- of the House of Sheki Khans in Sheki and of religious complex «Ateshgah» in Baku. Main architectural and artistic peculiarities of both monuments and measures on their restoration and adaptation implemented in the 2013 under leadership and immediate participation of the author of the given article is under investigation. |
